Here are some links to the same SUPER 8 movies online in varying formats (windows media, quicktime, other endcodings of REAL player)

ALL ARE AVAILABLE TO VIEW at www.triggerstreet.com as well as a ton of other Super 8 movies by other filmmakers.

This is Kevin Spacey's company and their attempt to let undiscovered talent be found. Worth it just for the exposure to the world.

THE RETURN OF THE CURSE OF THE SUBURBAN NIGHTMARE !
    www.triggerstreet.com

    * shot entirely with Kodak Ektachrome 125 film and transferred with a RANK CINTEL at Pro8mm. Not the best transfer, but then again I didn't use their stock. They aren't too good with reversal stock, and I would never use them for developing Kodak Reversal stocks again. I have used Pro8mm with their
own stuff and gotten WORLD'S BETTER results.

I only had time to watch one of your movies and that was Return of the Curse of the Suburban Nightmare. Pretty good film. If you don't mind my asking, what kind of lighting setup did you use to light the interior of the minivan?

Looking forward to seeing more of your films.

    Hi,

I liked what I saw (..nightmare), it was really film and carefully done and with filmic insight I think. For image quality I liked the quicktime better with that dog. Looked great and was funny.

Being not a professional myself, I still have some critical points which came to my mind when watching the film. The first thing which came to my mind was the sound of the car; it was the same sound pattern repeating all the time, which I found a bit disturbing after a while. Towards the end I found the sequences of images repeating to much as well..father, daughter, small children front of the car from the outside, etc ..it became too much of a repeating pattern as well. I was thinking that maybe at a certain point they should have tanked at a gas station or so, or maybe they should have stopped at a certain point in the argument and stepped outside or something, just to get more visual diversity, and to avoid the repeating too much. I think it wouldn't have been a problem for you to have done something like that, and it would have been more of a challenge to you as well.

Well, that's what I thought when watching the film. Hope you will appreciate the feedback. It was meant to be constructive.

Thanks for watching the movie stuff.

The RETURN OF THE CURSE OF THE SUBRUBAN NIGHTMARE was done with EKTACHROME 125 stock for all the interiors. We used NO LIGHTING WHATSEOVER (and should have used reflectors on actors faces to get better definition & taken the Nikon R10's auto exposure OFF ).

As for the ZOE SUPER 8 DOG, that was KODACHROME 40 on the same Nikon R10.

I have 7 more SUper 8 movies in the pipeline now for uploading soon to multiple movie sites.

I am working with SECOND CITY THEATER CLEVELAND on a few short movies.
